Please be aware that you will need to come to your appointment alone. We are not able to have guests or children in the Clinic due to Health & Safety and licensing rules.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, the following policy will apply if sufficient notice is not given:
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit for any future appointments.
• ‘No shows’ (missed appointments without notice): we reserve the right to require a 100% deposit for any future appointments.
This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and helps keep our therapists’ schedules filled. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.
In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may review and waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment. You will still be charged the full price of the original booking. For facial and massage treatments, we may offer a shorter session within the remaining time slot, but the full price of the original treatment will still apply.
Gift cards are available for purchase. They expire 12 months after purchase, in line with consumer laws. In cases where laws restrict gift card expirations, expiration dates may not apply.
Discount vouchers, certificates, and coupons can only be used for full-priced treatments. Exclusions include:
Bookings can be made via our website (www.skinportant.co.uk) or Ovatu (https://skinportant.book.app). You can also book via phone.
Should you require an additional treatment not included in your original booking, additional charges will apply.
Refunds are not offered for treatments. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results and notify us immediately, we may offer corrective treatment or another solution to ensure you are satisfied with your outcome. Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that it is not appropriate or suitable to treat you. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

If you are not happy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment by sending an email to info@skinportant.co.uk. We will respond within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
