Before we begin the treatment, we carefully analyse your skin and discuss the areas you would like us to focus on. This allows the facial to be tailored to your skin’s current needs.

We then begin with a thorough yet gentle cleanse. Cleansing is where true skincare begins — it does far more than simply remove surface impurities. This step awakens the skin and prepares it to fully benefit from everything that follows. When the skin is properly cleansed, active ingredients can penetrate more effectively and deliver visible results.

The skin is then refreshed with an alcohol-free toner to help rebalance the skin’s natural pH and prepare it for the next stage of the treatment.

Next, we perform gentle ultrasonic exfoliation using advanced ultrasound peeling technology. This specialised device vibrates at high frequency, helping to loosen and lift away the very top layer of dead skin cells, excess oil and impurities.

This process delicately refines the skin’s surface without irritation, revealing a fresher, clearer and more radiant complexion. By removing these superficial build-ups, the skin becomes smoother and better prepared to absorb the active ingredients applied during the following stages of the facial.

This is the moment where the facial moves to a more advanced level of skin treatment. Using no-needle mesotherapy, also known as electroporation, we are able to deliver powerful active ingredients deep into the skin — without needles, discomfort or downtime.

The technology works by sending gentle, low-level electrical pulses that temporarily create microscopic pathways in the skin cells. Through these pathways, concentrated active ingredients can travel directly into the cells, allowing them to be absorbed far more effectively than when applied to the surface of the skin.

Next, we apply a nourishing collagen mask designed to replenish, seal and strengthen the skin. Rich in active collagen and amino acids, this mask helps lock in hydration, improve elasticity and reinforce the skin’s natural protective barrier.

This is a quiet moment in the treatment where the skin begins to absorb the restorative ingredients applied during the previous stages, helping to leave the complexion feeling smoother, calmer and deeply nourished.

While the mask works, you can relax with either a soothing scalp massage or a gentle pressure-point eye massage — a calming pause designed to help both skin and mind unwind.

After the mask is removed, we focus on the delicate eye area using targeted eye care designed to hydrate, smooth and support the skin around the eyes.

An additional hydrating serum is then applied to deliver a final boost of moisture, helping the skin feel softer, fuller and more refreshed.

To complete the treatment, we apply high-protection SPF and a nourishing day moisturiser to help shield the skin from environmental stressors such as wind, pollution and everyday exposure — leaving your complexion protected, calm and beautifully radiant.
